The instant a deal is reserved, the unit is held on a live fleet timeline. Carfleet checks every booking against half-open overlap [start, end) — so a car returned at 11:00 is bookable from 11:00, but two rentals can never share a minute.

Rules that move work
When a card lands in Quoted, fire the WhatsApp quote. When a deposit clears, auto-advance to Confirmed and notify the dispatcher. No one babysits the board.

Card hold, cash, or bank transfer against the Emirates ID and TRN on file — refundable security or a non-refundable booking fee, each tracked to the deal.
